1. extract otvdm-v0.9.0.zip
2. once extracted read the readme for otvdm-v0.9.0
3. drag simtower setup.exe on to otvdmw.exe, this will let you install it
	Note: You can not install in a location with spaces in the file path
	I.E. C:\Program Files (x86) would not work.
	Note2: Install will say it fails which is normal becasue it can't find locations for the startmenu
	this is normal as simtower it 16bit
4. once installed you can drag SIMTOWER.EXE onto otvdmw.exe to launch the game

Create Shortcut - see readme for otvdm-v0.9.0
You are creating a shortcut to otvdmw.exe which then otvdmw will call simtower
1. Right click on the shortcut icon the installer creates ad edit the target/start in
	Example: 
	Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\otvdm-v0.9.0\otvdmw.exe" "C:\SIMTOWER\SIMTOWER.EXE"
	Start in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\otvdm-v0.9.0"
2. Move the shortcut to where ever you want.
